The New Solix Technology
Industry Nine’s Solix technology is designed to deliver an unparalleled pedaling experience, fusing lightness with strength. Featuring an advanced carbon construction, Solix wheels provide stiffness and quick response, ideal for riders seeking speed and agility on varied terrain.
The SOLIX system takes the best features of the Hydra system and makes it lighter. With this system, weights as light as 1340g have been achieved on the SOLIX SL 35 road model for riders up to 250 pounds and up to 1385g on mountain wheels on the SOLIX UL 300 model for riders weighing 235 pounds. The SOLIX SL UL 250 C has a weight of 1300 grams for riders up to 240 pounds. One of the most notable changes in the new system is the reduction of ratchets from 6 to 5. It also presents a difference in the anchor points, being 605.
Hydra Technology
Hydra technology transforms the pedaling experience, improving power transfer and control. Equipped with a high-precision hub system, Hydra features 6 ratchets and 690-point engagement, resulting in a system with immediate response and a virtually non-existent dead center of 0.52 degrees, offering instant response and better traction.
